i tried uninstalling the game, reinstallimg and applying the patch again, and now my game doesnt start anymore

i bought and downloaded all the DLC on the U.S. Steam Store, and installed it, but when launching the game, and going into downloadable content, nothing shows up, and none of the dlc is in the game, even though i installed the patch; help??

if you don't have the DLC's then they won't show up.
but if you owned the DLC's then they are supported by the patch.
Okay i get it now but I am on the German Steam store, so how do i get the DLCs?

Is the DLC included in the patch? The patch works, but no DLC shows up in the game. Is that normal?
