Möglicherweise muss man den Riva Tuner Statistics Server installieren ? Den hab ich nämlich nicht istalliert.
Für viele Dinge wie On Screen Display ist der erforderlich.

Ich nutze die Gamebar immer wieder, aber eher für die schnelle Audio-Balancierung zwischen wie zwischen Spiel und Discord.
Spielst Du z.B. Windowed Borderless o.ä.? Es klingt so ein wenig danach. Vielleicht ist hier ein Setting verrutscht, dass nicht mehr Fullscreen aufgezeichnet wird?
Das Problem hatte ich bei CoD MW, aber mit Nvidia/GeForce/Experience/Shadowplay - da hat einfach das Spiel verweigert, nicht mal Screenshots waren Möglich. Nur über "Drucken" auf der Tastatur hat Windows das erledigt. CoD neigt auch dazu, nach den regelmäßigen Updates die Renderauflösung auf 50% und und auf Windowed Fullscreen zurückzugehen.
